Is it safe to give you my consulate details?
Your credentials are stored encrypted and used only to check availability and rebook your appointment. They are never shared with third parties or used for anything else.
How long does it take to find an appointment?
It depends on what the consulate actually releases. Some cases resolve in hours, others take weeks. The bot keeps looking for as long as your original appointment stands.
What if you cannot move my appointment up?
You pay nothing. The charge is only generated once the appointment has actually been rebooked to an earlier date.
Can I stop the bot whenever I want?
Yes. You can switch it off at any time from your dashboard and it stops searching immediately.
Do I need an appointment already booked?
Yes. VisaBot moves up an appointment that already exists. It does not create new appointments or handle the visa application for you.
How exactly is the amount calculated?
We count the days between your original appointment and the new one, and multiply by 600 COP. If more people are on the appointment, each additional person adds 300 COP per day.
